Join us to celebrate World Fair Trade Day 2016!





For the occasion of World Fair Trade Day and its 10 years of commitment, Fair Trade Lebanon is organizing, under the patronage of HE M. Michel Pharaon, minister of tourism, and with the support of the US Middle-East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), a unique day to discover authentic rural delights and traditions at St Georges’ convent in Roumiyeh, Qleyat, on the 5th of June from 12 PM until 5 PM.

The program of the day includes a traditional open buffet made by cooperatives and Sofil Catering, live preparation of mouneh, hiking and many other activities for all the family.

This awareness raising day for the principles of Fair Trade is part of a worldwide campaign coordinated by Fairtrade International and relayed by fair trade actors from more than 80 countries.

Tickets are on sale at the entrance of the event and at the premises of Fair Trade Lebanon (Hourani Center, St Elie Street, 2nd floor, Hazmieh, Beirut).

Tickets prices:
50 USD per adult (buffet and drinks).
20 USD per youngster under 18 years (buffet and drinks).
Free entrance for kids under 8 years.
