Warm up with a great soup!
Recipe for a delicious
lentil
soup:
Fry a thinly diced onion.
Once golden brown, add salt, cumin and the lentils along with 2 to 3 litters of water.
Heat until obtaining a thick yellow soup.
Serve with croutons and lemon juice.
Bon Appétit!
