For the third consecutive year, Terroirs du Liban has organized its famous “Keshek Day”.
This day has become an annual celebration of a unique and delicious Lebanese produce. Made from fermented yogurt and crushed wheat, keshek is traditionally prepared in autumn season and consumed all year round.
Rich in nutrients and flavors, guests had the chance to taste it in both, classic and innovated recipes.
The menu included: keshek soup with kebbe, keshek soup with tomato duo, oriental salad with keshek, potato kebbe stuffed with keshek…
During our Keshek Day, fans and visitors also witnessed live saj preparation by our partner cooperatives, and tasted our popular oriental desserts, the long-awaited “maamouls”, in anticipation for Easter season.
